    Started out really fun but the VCD was acting up and I had to slow down after the first mile- so I could breathe. :-(

    Mostly it was really good. The last 1.5 miles were really tough!

    Having a flare up of VCD (vocal cord dysfunction) so it took a long time. Had to rest between laps. Fun though!

      I just found out yesterday I have VCD. Vocal chord dysfunction. Not asthma. Who knew? I've been misdiagnosed for years. Now I need to learn how to breathe properly, which is hardest when I'm working hard on hills. This will take some time, but I'll get it!

    Just 24 laps today. Feeling a bit queasy so couldn't push too hard.

    Yes, there were a lot of breaks between laps. But for my second lap swim in about 30 years, and after a run, I was excited. So fun that Jeanne and Patty were there too.
