I just found out yesterday I have VCD. Vocal chord dysfunction. Not asthma. Who knew? I've been misdiagnosed for years. Now I need to learn how to breathe properly, which is hardest when I'm working hard on hills. This will take some time, but I'll get it!

Who knew is right! Sounds much better than having asthma. Hope you master the new technique quickly!
