    Beautiful day. Wind felt much stronger than it looked; apparently I was fighting lack of conditioning rather than wind. This should motivate me to start training.

    Baby steps. Hopefully, ramping up slowly will make it a little less painful to get in a good workout. Ave watts 146, although I don't know what that means.

      you need to do an FTP test to know what that level of watts is. There are several ways to do it, on the trainer I suggest the 2 X 8minute approach. When it warms up we can go out to TMS and do the 20 or 20 minute version to get more accurate FTP.
