Mapped a run for my 60 minutes today that incorporated hills...have to say this was a very nice run. @ Gary thanks for hill info...definately was a good idea. I like my trail runs but the going up/down hills works different muscles at different times and kind of gives your legs a break somewhat...liked it


It also is a hidden speed workout. Good job.

awesome 60 minute run!!!:) I agree with you.. I love the trails and flat terrain, but hills have their purpose.. (but I may not actually say this while pushing up one ;))
