Yeah....felt pretty good today...10 minute warmup, 6x45 seconds of faster running segments...followed by 45 second recovery and then a remaining run to finish out the full 40 minutes..really was aware of my posture today and my lean...shins are a little sore now but all in all...I am a happy runner today

    @ Sharon..yep, part of my problem is a slight curve in my spine, but mostly it's from sitting at a desk..I've been very conscious when running and not running about holding my self up straight and really engaging my core to do the work...
