Nice run...this was my 30 minute run this week with some bursts of faster running in the middle. 5x 30 seconds at a faster pace/then 30 second recovery pace..feel pretty good about it actually. Although another humid day in the 'burgh.....


Good job. It's hard in the heat, but not often an issue here in the UK!
