      Not a new knee, a remodeled one. I had two meniscus tears, one on each side. I don't have a whole lot of the medial meniscus left so I'm thrilled to be running without pain.

    Closing in on 5 miles. Still pretty slow but my knee is comfortable..

    A quick ride between raindrops. Cross-training is really helping my quad strength.

    Best overall run yet. 4 miles with negative splits. The fastest mile was mile 4 at 10:09. I feel pretty good about my progress considering I'm 9 weeks post surgery.
