      I think that on the way to Duxbury, most of us were thinking it was 50/50 whether you were going to vomit along the way. I had images of Ragnar turning into a Carnival Cruise with all of us getting sick. Thank you for whatever you did to sanitize the van.

    Wow! I felt strong today. Not sluggish like I have the last few runs. No complaining here.
