No idea what my time was. I had to stop to tie my shoe and thought it would resume when I started it back up.....guess not. Fortunately, I knew what my distance was.

My shoe came untied in a race once. Now I always double up the knots. Great job with all the miles you're putting in!

Yes, I'm so excited! I wanted to get in another Ragnar style relay race again this year. It is so much fun. Fortunately, I have 3 months to get some miles in before the race :)

It felt great to get outside and run today. What a beautiful morning! Unfortunately, my Garmin died in the middle of my run so I'm not sure what my time was.

I have to work this week, but Dave and Brett will be there. I don't ever work Thursdays, so I'll be there next week. This week, I'll be there on Friday instead.

alright Treadmill 5 mi
My first run since the half marathon last weekend. No injuries to recover from except a bit of chaffing. OUCH!!!!! I guess it hasn't healed yet :(
