    This wasn't actually too bad, too. I did a cardio workout with speed ranges from 4.2 to 5.2 and felt pretty good.

      Carla, I homeschooled for years. Up through 8th grade for 2 of my girls but with my youngest, I was just burned out. I do feel very fortunate that the network company I'm with, has a CEO that's a Christian and that we have something so unique-products customized for you based on your DNA. How cool is that? And what a difference I feel on them.

      Hey!! Great to see you on here Deanna!! I agree - the TM seems to make you work harder for faster times. I've heard that you actually shorten your stride on the TM - so maybe that's why?? Great job on the progressive splits!!
