    This went ok. Working on form and kicking. My endurance in the pool is fairly low still.

      Nice workout Dean. I did it backwards, I need to work on form and kicks. Learning a flip turn would be nice too.

      After putting in three solid weeks, I feel like it is coming together. Can't really go faster so to speak, but it seams much easier than it did when I initiated this new exercise. Hard when it's all I CAN do, but looking forward to adding it weekly once I can HOPEFULLY get back to my normal routine! Great work out Dean!!!!

    Flew through this. 7:53 for the first mile. Felt great. Much easier than swimming.

    Trying swimming as an alternative to improve my cardio. It REALLY wears me out fast. I guess that's a good sign that I'm pushing it.

      Great swim Dean~I was told by my swimming Instructor that I was all worn out because I had bad form....I haven't been swimming sense : ) keep up the swimming!

    Brutal course. Happy to go sub-30 minutes on this one. Finished 4th in my age group, 52nd out of 100+ runners. Decent. :)

      Have a great race Dean! I'm doing my first trail run ever tomorrow. If I was more computer savvey I'd post the link here. It's called A Sunofa Gunofa Trail run. 12km in the hills/trails/water. It's their first time puting it on. Just want to do it. :+)
