  1. RUN
alright Donuts would have been fun-ner 3.17 mi 00:34 10:34 pace

That was meh-tastic. First thing in the morning runs seldom go well for me. But, it feels good to get out there.

  2. RUN
good Sunday Funday? 3.11 mi 00:31 10:06 pace

My best run this year so far. Mile 3 in 9:28. Dry pavement helps, now we just need some warmer temps.

  3. RUN
good Breezy second run of the weekend 3.12 mi 00:33 10:30 pace

Better than Friday, if I was smart I would have gone into the wind on the way out.

  4. RUN
    great Swampy 5K 3.12 mi 00:34 10:48 pace

Puddles deep enough to canoe through and the air quality seemed poor, but I probably haven't ever been so happy to be running outside.

  5. RUN
good Ice Ice Baby 3.12 mi 00:34 10:45 pace

Strap on your speed skates, it's February in Wisconsin and you're trying to run outside.

  6. RUN
    good Sloppy 5K 3.11 mi 00:32 10:15 pace

Temperature felt awesome. Had to adjust my pace here and there to avoid getting splashed. David Hobbs Honda didn't shovel their sidewalks. Overall a good run.

  7. RUN
good On the brink of feeling nice ... 3.15 mi 00:32 10:18 pace

The mid February sun felt actually pretty good. More stoked than ever for spring.

  8. RUN
good Before the next snowfall 3.08 mi 00:33 10:48 pace

Not bad. 22 and no wind actually felt decent.

  9. RUN
alright Dennis Quaid 2 miler 2.12 mi 00:23 11:04 pace

Footing sucked. Windy. I could almost feel the Polar Vortex descending. In the end though I'm glad I went.

Talk about an even pace. And slow for that matter, lol.

  11. RUN
    good Ice Age 5K 3.19 mi 00:35 10:57 pace

Felt good enough I guess. Spring will be most welcome. Somehow my pace was incredibly consistent.

  12. RUN
great Gorgeous Day 3.28 mi 00:35 10:49 pace

A bit sloppy, but 40 and sunny never felt so nice. No hat or gloves needed.

  13. RUN
alright Snowshoes needed 2.9 mi 00:33 11:31 pace

Decent enough, considering some folks haven't shoveled their sidewalks at all. The parkway trail was in great shape. Bring on the Christmas cookies. Happy Holidays everyone!!

  14. RUN
good More layers than an ogre 3.07 mi 00:34 11:03 pace

Not bad considering the temp and pavement condition. Hadn't run in two weeks so this was needed. 10:35 on mile 3. Hard to believe I'll run in much colder weather this winter.

  15. RUN
great Second run of the weekend 3.02 mi 00:30 09:55 pace

Enjoyed this one. Variance of only 10 seconds on each individual mile. Solid.

Post run, waiting for my ride home. :)

  17. RUN
great Oak leaf trail to Culver's 3.53 mi 00:37 10:24 pace

Perfect morning for a run, the sun felt great. Stopped after 3.5 but probably could have gone at least 5. Happy weekend!

  18. RUN
    good My Glendale 5K 3.06 mi 00:31 10:07 pace

Fueled by Alpha Bits and coffee. Chilly but no wind, so it worked. Felt good.

  19. RUN
good Lunch hour 3 miler 3.03 mi 00:32 10:25 pace

Felt pretty good. Crisp out there. Mile 3 in 9:18 which is a good sign. Finally over this cold I've had for nearly two weeks.

  20. RUN
alright Brookfield Bronchial Battle 3 mi 00:35 11:47 pace

Not my best effort. I've been fighting a cold all week so I wasn't expecting much. Was happy to be running and get 3 miles in. Temperature was nice and no wind. Things will only get b... read more
