    Ran with Adam. He has a blister on his foot so we walked more than I anticipated. However, we were still about 45 seconds/mile faster than the last 4 miler.

    Adam's first 2mi run w/o walking. Did both miles in 11:43 (23:26 total) so we stayed consistent with the pace. He was tired afterwards but he could have easily gone faster.
