Race Report: 48:17, 7:46/mile. A much better race than last one. Ran conservatively on this hilly, rolling course, and was able to maintain even effort. Funny that I had planned my pace by miles and the markers were Kilometers (just had this discussion recently) so I did not know my pace at the markers. Hampered last couple of miles by sore left hammy.


Good job!! And isn't that crazy about the kilometer markings?!?! I advocate switching, but not "cold turkey" with NO mile markers!!
I'm glad this race went better than your last one!! I'll pray that your hamstring recovers quickly. :>}
