    Only run this week with a partner. The hills and bay were great in the early morning.

    Recovery ride. The air quality is bad due to the fires in the region so headed towards the bay.

      bummer about the fires/smoke. strange that we haven't had that issue in Idyllwild.... the san bernadino fire isn't far from here, but the wind must be blowing away from us

    Recovery run in the warm weather.

    Easy running, mostly after race.

    Hilly trail run but not overly steep. Only had to walk a couple of times. Perfect day at Briones Regional Park, sunny and in the 60's. 15th place, 1st division.

    good neighborhood loops ride 7.4 mi

    Fixed a flat tire before this ride and stayed close to home in case of a slow leak. 2nd flat in a couple of week from same cause - thorns from some local shrubs.

      We have a lot of cool summer mornings here. The heat in the Central Valley of California draws the cooler ocean air inland which makes for many foggy mornings.
