      Yes, usually if I run from home to the Refuge the wind is in my face going out and at my back coming home.

      @Pierre, just cash! I did wear my new cell phone holder on my left upper arm and I felt it tweaked my left hammy a bit. I'll wear it on right side next time to see how that feels.
