    Rather than go back to start I decided to walk the bike as part of workout. Set a PR distance for walking the bike for 2.3 miles and then walked another .2. A little hard on the back though.

    Got off to a great start with rain stopping long enough for a ride. Alas, rear tire was punctured by an arrowhead-shaped rock and I had to walk the bike after that.
