      have you read Marshall Ulrich's "Running on Empty: An Ultramarathorner's Story of Love, Loss, and a Record-Setting Run Across America"? i think you'd find it timely. The whole book is an inspiration. The first part deals with how running helped him cope with the illness and eventual loss of his wife. Praying for you, Mike. Https://

      Thanks i will check it out. I did read To The Edge where author is dealing with his brother's suicide and runs the Badwater Ultramarathon. Very good read.
