      You guys really got clobbered with the rain, didn't you? Starts hear tomorrow, but in the form of about 5-8" of snow, then a whole lot of rain, some frozen. Amazingly, I doubt I'll miss a run since tomorrow's a rest day! Great work, Mike!

    Fantastic run at dusk with no wind and a partial moon. Great conversation made this run easy. Plenty of deer were out in the fields and on the hills. Also ran by a skunk for second time in a week.

    Had a nice race in Sedona Arizona a week ago. This is a very hilly paved course and I was able to run a steady pace and finish 49th overall and 4th in age group.
