Upper 40's out there this morning for an easy/recovery 6. Wore shorts and a light jacket. It's February 1st. Insanely mild winter so far. Temps felt great and just cool enough to really enjoy it. Pace was a little slower than usual but it felt easy and that's all I was going for on this run so no worries with that. Speedwork tomorrow (fartleks) so wanted to make sure the legs are fresh for that.

Crazy weather but I'll take it. Slower pace is what recovery is for, Ghetto. You did it the right way! Enjoy tomorrow's fartleks! I have a scary tempo tomorrow, too...

I just hope we don't pay for it this summer. Miles is miles, no matter how fast the pace!
