      Maybe taking something the first half, as suggested, would have helped! I've done LSD runs on just water and power beans but gotta have something if it's more than 7. Pace still looks good, nice and easy. Enjoy the libations!

      Nice run - Flying Pig has its share of hills, but they are manageable (at least, I believe it's still a similar route to what I ran back in '02, just mostly reversed from what I understand).
