      Actually coming down with a cold shortly after getting into an exercise routine can mean that you have to take a look at diet and hydration. It has happened to me a few times. You should look into a Multi Vitamin. Your body is now burning more than it is used to so you may have to supplement. I'm no doctor but I will say that it has happened to me in the past. Stay focused and try some yoga and stretching to help release the toxins and lactic acid in your muscles.
