      Hadn't you mentioned that hills are hard to come by in your neck of the woods? As you know, hill training here is pretty much limited to running back and forth over speed-bumps. 8-)##

      Well I am in the same boat my friend. I found a big speed bump created by lots of garbage and covered up with grass.
