    It was good -- broke it up with jogging and walking -- was late today so could not go as long - but am glad the pace is staying relatively the same ...

    it was good but i was crazy sore from the 400 pushups ( not kidding) the night before... so a 5 min AMRAP of overhead squats @ 45# was not fun... in the end I did 50 reps ....

    great for my first real shot at it - jogged 2 laps straight .. and walked the rest .. oh ya and didn't fall!
