    Started at home, stopped to check on the house we're moving to on Pole Rd, towards Ferndale, stopped at the cemetery for a bit, then home. Good workout . . muscles-wise and emotionally.

    Walk/run this morning. A lot of the walking, I did sorta squatting, to get a good leg workout. Knee was trying to tell me, "I'm not ready to run yet!" Got a decent workout.

    Abby and her friend, Abby (yes! Two Abby's! LOL!) and I went around Padden on our bikes today. Was fun! One hill that wiped them out . . . I went back down and up again for the exercise. LOL!!
