injured Rehab walk/jog 2.11 mi

A little better today. About 70 percent easy jog with walk breaks. I sped up a few times to 9:00 pace but could feel my calf start to complain so I slowed down right away.

The sad part is that I can feel that in the last 7 weeks my conditioning has slipped more than I would have liked, even those brief 9:00 mm paces brought my heart rate up too far.
