    I did a 5.5% Grade for 45 min. Then 3% and below for a cool down. Put walking in on my days off of running. My diet and excercise i hope will pay off this time.

    I'm getting myself back on track. I was having a fustrating start of morning. I was only going to run 2 and went more. Guess good way to get things off your shoulder.

    Did really well. Reason for running so fast was i was cold. Left house at 58. Get home and it's 50 out. My legs and hands were cold.

      I'm not either, but I've been using myfitnesspal.com to keep track of what I've been eating lately. Easy to look up foods and you can add recipes.
