    It went well. I ran and walked 3min intervals. Few hills included. Cool morning and clouds. Sunday morning runs are hard to beat.

      It was even though i had know clue what was happening. The doctor expects full recovery. Maybe be able to run again. I have blood pressure issues which have to be controled. I finished my 10 k with out knowing what was happening. So yes it was. Hour after the race when everything started happening.
