great New PR for the 5K!!! 3.1 mi 00:24 07:35 pace

Woke up around 6 this morning and had a strawberry/blueberry yogurt and a banana for my pre-run snack. Ran at 7 with a much cooler comfortable temp of 61 right as the sun was coming up. I decided to push myself since I was just running a 5K and ended up setting a new PR!!! Felt so good after I finished I rewarded myself with a 6 inch subway turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickles, cucumber, banana peppers and mustard. Perfect way to start my day. Hope everyone else has a great workout today!
