Bench press: 105 lbs., 6 reps (set 1), 8 reps, (set 2), 6 reps (set 3)
Power rack squat: 130 lbs., 12 reps, 2 sets
Side bend: 45 lbs., 12 reps, 2 sets
Front raise: 30 lbs., 8 reps, 2 sets (not fair making me laugh in the middle of this)
Roman-chair knee lift: 12 reps, 3 sets
Bicep curl: 35 lbs., 6 reps, 3 sets
Walking lunge: 18 lb. bodybar, 12 reps, 3 sets
Lateral raise: 30 lbs., 10 reps, 2 sets
Reverse crunch: 25 reps, 2 sets
Kickback: 30 lbs., 10 reps, 2 sets
