SA Short 2 - Left quad was aching at the beginning of the run (nothing new lately). It usually stops after the first quarter mile, but this morning it was still aching at mile 2. Decided to cut this one short rather than trying to do the full 5 miles of today's schedule. Temp 69, humidity 97%.


That's smart David! I hope ice and some rest will help the quad out!

Thanks Wendy. Rest more than anything else will help things right now. I'm in the grueling phase of marathon training, so I'm pushing my physical limits with each run.
