SAHS Track Intervals - 3 x 1 mile track intervals at race pace. The remainder of the mileage was run through the streets of SA. Avg HR - 76% of max, temp 69, humidity 97%. Followed the run by stretching immediately after finishing, then again with 2 mini-yoga workouts after arriving home.


1 mile ints are hard work but very worthwhile, great running
