great AM Yoga - Rodney Yee - Hip Openers 00:30

AM Yoga - Hip Openers -- my tight left quad felt much better after this routine. This new DVD may be the best one yet for quick yoga workouts. It's almost a miraculous thing -- I awaken with my left quad very tight and sore, and after this session it feels so much better! I continue to be amazed by the benefits of yoga.

Awesome work!! I may need to look into this video. I have another RY yoga and it is much longer.

The main draw of this DVD was the shorter length of the workouts -- I don't always have time for a full hour. I rented it through Netflix first to see if I liked it. :)

That is how I feel - I don't mind the longer length, but not all of the time. Some days there are only certain parts that need work! LOL!

Great job! I feel like I can't run unless I work in some yoga. Definitely helps keep us loose and reduces our chance for injury.
