SA/Shrewsbury Loop - Long 14 -- It was good to get back to running after a couple of days off while traveling. I wanted to get my long run done for this week, even though I missed a couple other runs on the training schedule. I got a little crazy on this run, including the steep Shrewsbury hill as part of my double loop through St. Albans. I struggled after mile 10 due to the hill climbing, but managed to finish the distance. Avg HR - 76% of max. Temp 70. Run followed by a big glass of chocolate milk and a mini-workout of yoga for athletes. Enjoy your weekend!
