SA Long, Slow, Soupy 16 - this morning was tough, I'm not sure if it was just me, the humidity or a combination of both. I stopped around mile 13 to buy a Gatorade and to refill my hydration bottles, so my avg HR of 70% of max isn't that accurate for the total run. I was dripping wet when I finally finished, but its good to have this long run behind me. I'm now into personal record territory with each longer run. Happy Friday!
