I've been looking forward to this routine for the past couple of days. Nothing beats it for dealing with the tight, achy muscles that result from marathon training. I plan to start a shorter, daily workout in the evening after each morning run. Wonderful stuff!


Nice job David! I know I would benefit from more regular yoga. Definitely do pigeon twice a day but need to do more.
