Yoga Conditioning for Athletes DVD - full workout -- I really need to do an extended yoga routine more than just once a week. As one DM friend said, it keeps you from "smoking your joints" with running. Perhaps I could do another extended session in the evening after hill drills or intervals. Happy Thursday!

Sounds like a smart DM friend! :) You should try a class sometime, DVDs are great, but a class will challenge you a bit more, and the instructor can give you specific cues to help your poses. Yoga is SO good for you!
