    blah Nope 6.52 mi 01:04 09:47 pace

That was supposed to be short and speedy, but my stomach didn't seem to agree. A little chilly this morning too at 53. Hopefully things settle down for the commute to work.

  3. RUN
    great Tolerable 9.32 mi 01:31 09:47 pace

Loving the weather, perfect for a morning run. Still cool, but no longer cold. May have to work in a pm one....better to sweat than to shiver!

  8. RUN

  10. RUN
great Late post 17.82 km 01:54 10:18 pace

A tortured run - wife called right before I left - from the beach. Yeah, as I set out in the desert. Tomorrow morning - La Luz.

  14. RUN
    great Breeze 18.14 km 01:47 09:30 pace

Just a tad windy today. More cows n cornfields. If it were not for family obligations today would have made for a stellar 30km

  15. RUN

Because the "N" on the helmet stands for Nowlige! Corn, hay and deer out on the farm this morning

That was fast. You already racking up a lot of mileage every week. Are you training for a race?

I am definitely doing the Durango double, which is a trail run on Saturday and a half mary on a Sunday. I am in the lottery for La Luz, 9 miles up a mountain with 7000 feet vertical club. I am also thinking about the Devil's Cut 50k in Pagosa CO. What you don't see here is abot 160 miles a week of cycling.

  20. RUN
    great Banging 15.92 km 01:35 09:37 pace

Getting a few in. Amazing what you find out in the desert. Now I know why those high school kids come into class late.....ran into a couple doing some back seat lane merging.
