    1 hour 40 minutes of pushing a manual mower through thick grass in the done followed by insanity cardio abs. Not bad for my rest week.

    Taking it easy, first run in 90plus this season... 94 degrees and sunny. Fun run though. Took it easy and enjoyed nature. Icing shins now.

    Looks like storms in the am so I ran today. Felt sluggish and then spent a minute or so in a standoff with a dog. Ran barefoot. Just not really all the way back yet.

    jumps are Getting better. Shins and ankles are getting stronger and landings are softer. Tug jumps were a big improvement.

    running buddy pooped out so I took the dog for 2 @ 10mm, 2 alone at 8mm. Shins hurt some but more with the dog. Not sure if that's speed or bad form with a dog pulling in me or what...
