My quads were SCREAMING at me going up the first portion of Perimeter Road. I am not sure if this is going to be something I just need to deal with if I continue with cross-fit or if I will adjust to the workouts in a few weeks. If it is the former I will be changing my workouts; I am not giving up my runs.
