Run tonight after i got home from work. It is pretty nice to be wearing shorts in February, sadly this weather won't last into the weekend. I am drained from CrossFit at lunch today, we will have to see how I feel for tomorrow.


David good job. I had some issues last year when doing Cross Fit and I just want to share what happened to me. Like you just mentioned you felt drained. I really had to taper off my cross fit as I actually noticed that my runs were getting slower. I was definitely getting stronger but just didn't have the energy running. Also watch out for any lateral movements as well. They can really mess your hips and knees up if you aren't careful.
