      Nice run, David. There are some great trails there, with a wide variety of terrain. Most of them are pretty short so you don't have to worry about being lost out there.

      David good job. I had some issues last year when doing Cross Fit and I just want to share what happened to me. Like you just mentioned you felt drained. I really had to taper off my cross fit as I actually noticed that my runs were getting slower. I was definitely getting stronger but just didn't have the energy running. Also watch out for any lateral movements as well. They can really mess your hips and knees up if you aren't careful.
