    Tuff run. I slowed down the last 2miles. Down to 197.5lbs. I did the 6miles with out stopping. Any incline / hill really slow me down.

    Tuff run as I was trying to hold 6.7MPH. After 1Mile I had to slow down for a 30sec break before speeding up again. At least I continue to loose weight. Down to 200.2lbs.
