    alright Couch to 5K #2 3 mi 00:30 10:00 pace

W1D2 was definitely better. Muscles still burn; it's gonna take some getting used to.

You're a rockstar. Keep those miles coming!

The C25k is a great way to get into running. I finished the program over the summer. Yeah, the soreness goes away eventually. Definitely enjoy the rest day between runs.

You can do it!!!! I just finished friday, I never could have imagined 9 weeks ago that I could run 5 k straight in such a short time (found it hard to run those one minute stretches at first!!) Keep your pace REAL slow and easy, download the podrunner C25K podcasts to mark the beat and time for you and just keep putting one foot in front of the other! If I can do it, ANYONE can do it!
