    Ran to HR - Average 147 BPM. Going to try this for my recovery and steady runs. Felt like i was walking during it, but feel refreshed now its done.

      Well done David. That is a fantastic 10k time and a speedy pace....even better for somebody who hasn't raced for 3-4 months.

      Bit disappointed that people i was faster than 6-7 months ago gained PB's around 38 minutes!! but still good to be back!!
