    Felt strong and got 39:59 course was 6.28 so a bit long. A new PB and now I am a member of the sub 40 club!

    Cardiac hills for 15 mins followed by business park loops for 15 mins. Hard.

    Felt great. Ran at 150 beats and then 4 mile at 160 , 1 at 170 and 1 at 150 again. Enjoyed it.
