      You are an overcomer. Great job on that dd and good for you to take in the extra sleep. I have read more than one article on the huge benefits of getting good rest (naps are golden to me). And I think the same as Mike...that my neighbors must think I am a crazy runner girl repeating neighborhood blocks just to get the even numbers. : )

      Good to hear that your work schedule gave you a break for a good relaxed run. With a 70 degree temp you might just build up enough core temp to sweat that cold back right to where it came from.
