      Good to hear that your work schedule gave you a break for a good relaxed run. With a 70 degree temp you might just build up enough core temp to sweat that cold back right to where it came from.

      I know, it was so humid after the rain..tomorrow is "just" 12 miles, I don't have my plan in front of me but I think next week's mileage is in the low 40's. Thankfully I'll be in cooler conditions come Wednesday:-)
