      Ah, you have a strong heart and replenished quickly from the blood work I imagine. Great cycling! I do hope the PT fixes that wonderful knee of yours and gets you back to your running....but cycling is cool too!!

      Yeah RRG, for the last two months or so, nothing dramatic or ever above about a 2 on the pain scale, but persistent enough that my usual resting for a week didn't make it go away.
