Sounds like a group of comic book characters eh? Just one more shakeout run on Saturday..started out a little too fast the first 2 miles but sanity prevailed and I slowed down for the return leg.

    great 13.1 mi 00:55 14.3mph pace

A ride earlier this morning around the neighborhood, downtown Orlando, some meandering. Some of the route I chose had quite a few traffic lights so this turned into sort of an interval session:-)

The taper is huge, so don't mess that up. People always say this: your training is done 3 weeks out. If you're hurt or not feeling good, just let it rest. You'll do much more harm than good if you go for a bad run.
