    An unexpected delay in starting work, so I headed out mid afternoon to run the trail again..this time I stuck closer to the river, not bad in the shade even though it was close to 90.

      Nice. If you run Riverside, you get some natural AC as the wind comes off of the Hooch.

      Hmm, almond butter, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, kale, chard, spinach, salmon, grape tomatoes, a granola bar with chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and unfortunately a fair bit of frozen yogurt with all sorts of sugary stuff on top of it:-)

      I use a training plan as an outline. I skipped most of the speed work because of all the 5K's I run. I just like to try to make sure I get around 50 miles a week for 8 to 10 weeks. Six weeks out I usually do a 60 mile week.
