Learned a lot about myself and running. Hfc is not my friend. I think i am going to get ill and that has never happened. Poweraid is all there was I should have planned better. Learned that I can break 2 hours just need some work, and 10 is a good marathon pace just need some work.

    You CAN break 2 hour David - best of luck. This was a great run - taking out 9 minutes should be achievable with rest of the training and the race day adrenaline.

    My theory is whatever you can don on a TM or around a a track, you can do better on the open roads. Come race day you will nail it!
