    One of my better runs ever. It was my first in NYC. There were so many other runners it felt like a real running event, well coming from running in the Poconos.

      Check out my posts - losts of terminal walking for me during layovers! I have a good multidirectional roller bag that helps. On longer layovers I have even ran in the airport (some with ghost terminals).

    Midday run on the last day of vacation. 2nd mile was a tempo mile, took it at 7:15 pace. Picking up the pace sure makes the rest of the run harder to finish.
