  11. RUN
    great NYC 5k 3.1 mi 00:28 09:10 pace

One of my better runs ever. It was my first in NYC. There were so many other runners it felt like a real running event, well coming from running in the Poconos.

  12. RUN
    good First PA 5k 3.1 mi 00:30 09:39 pace

First 5k ran at the new place. Not official just around the hood. With the change in time I have been able to run after work now.

  13. RUN
good had to run once this month 1.46 mi 00:13:13 09:03 pace

Actually have not been running. This winter is hard and where I live is too remote and unsafe. Spring will be better.

  17. RUN
blah Indoor Blah 4 mi 00:50 12:24 pace

Did go well. Not every run can be good. I wanted to run 5 miles then swim. I struggled with 4 miles then 1 mile on the bike. My left leg kept getting tight behind the knee and I walked a lot. ... read more

Check out my posts - losts of terminal walking for me during layovers! I have a good multidirectional roller bag that helps. On longer layovers I have even ran in the airport (some with ghost terminals).

  19. RUN
    good Saturday 10k 6.2 mi 00:55 08:49 pace

Broke 55. Felt good. Left Hammy has had some deep twinges pain, but just some yoga is needed. Enjoy the weekend.

  20. RUN
good Milwaukee run 4.14 mi 00:37 08:51 pace

Midday run on the last day of vacation. 2nd mile was a tempo mile, took it at 7:15 pace. Picking up the pace sure makes the rest of the run harder to finish.
