I have tried running sockless and had the same issues. I have been wearing an old pair of Altras around the house and yard with no insole sockless for hours at a time. I'm trying to toughen my baby like feet up, then I will try to run sockless my the end of summer. Let me know if you are able to come up with a better way to toughen the sally feet up :)

Nice adjustment to keep up with modified speed work. Some days you got it, some days you don't. Way to crank through the miles.
