    Legs were feeling fine. Had to run pretty slow to keep the heart rate down. That must have been the heat and humidity.

      Usually a 500 swim, 500 pull buoy, 500 swim thinking about technique or some 100's at a little faster pace.

    I tested myself by trying to keep up with a 12 year old. Saw a friend I skied with years ago. Dan treated us to some great pizza, garlic bread and beer ! A pretty good night.
