    Ran into my dad and step mother on the way up the butte. finished my run to the top, ran back down to meet then to walk the rest of the way down. great day outside

    Ran around the Butte with my daughter and her PE class. Then decided to run up and back down. Now I'm gassed out. Good run

    I got about 3/4 of the way up, didn't think I would be able to make it the rest of the way. Talked myself into working though it and just did it. This was my reward.

    half way through the tough mudder I fell and broke a rib. I still finished. But it's going to be about 6-7 weeks till i'm all healed up. Pisses me off, cause now I can't run or work... read more
