    Legs were very tight first mile and a half, but overall felt pretty good. Felt really slow for most of run.

    First time I ran since running the Atlanta Marathon. Still very tight and sore from Marathon. Very slow pace.

    First time I have ran in a week. Dreaded the run all day, but wasnt too bad once I started and felt better afterwards. It was a little hot out, but I managed.

    Seemed like I had a good pace going but when I got to the finish line was very surprised to find out I was that slow. Always next time.

    Nice run this morning. Maybe it was the new shoes, but just felt easy. Liesl was struggling this morning. I am usually looking at the back of her the whole time, but today she got to see my behind.
