    Beautiful day. Slushy on the shoulders so kicks and socks got soaked. TKD at lunch and getting a pair of Newtons later today.

    Slow out and back to Seapoint. Patches of black ice kept me alert. 127 Hours soundtrack got me through.

      David thank you so much for sharing your year long journey - my first marathon was at the the 2011 Vermont City Marathon & I ran the Smuttynose Half in the Fall so somewhere out there I feel like we crossed paths. What an amazing accomplishment!

      I've had issues w/ neuromas, injured tendon, a dropped metatarsal joint w/ painful calluses...all results from over crowding from stupid bunion. Never had a bone cyst but if it feels like a big rock in your foot I can relate. What causes a bone cyst, pressure?? I hope you have a speedy recovery!!!

    Getting my stride back. Had to bust out the winter hat and gloves. Met w/my Ironman coach yesterday, spending the next month getting my stamina back and then 1/1/12 the road to Tempe begins........
