    400 m warmup, 20x20m hard, 400 cooldown. Felt really good and was glad to see that the speedwork shaved about 3 minutes off my 1200 time.

      I bet it's tough on a bike. I went around town and tried to stay on the sidewalks and it's still dangerous. Almost got hit 3 separate times this morning. And I love the fact that the drivers look at me like it's my fault.

    Took the boys up to Granite Bay Beach and rode trails for an hour. Showed them how to climb, descend and turn in the dirt. No crashes and the boys had a great time
