great Running in Minnesota - now with dry roads and sunshine! 8.01 mi 01:05 08:04 pace

Had a great run this afternoon - didn't look at my watch until mile 4 so I didn't realise what I was doing but decided to just go with it. During the run I had been playing with my stride and experimenting with more knee lift on the recovery - guess it makes me go faster!
