Easy run before going into the Y 3.64 mi 00:33 09:02 pace

Our son wanted to workout at the Y tonight but it was too warm for us to run on the TM tonight so we ran a quick a quick double loop around centenial lakes park. Might be an option for our mid week winter workouts.
