    Good week of running! Hot and humid tonight but still came in under a 9:00 average. Ran with Jeremy and Morgan. Splits 9:05, 9:08, 8:54, & 8:46

    I decided to ride my bike to Admiral Stadium instead of driving and ran the EG Plummer 5K (3.06 miles) course. After finishing rode back home. Overall a great workout for a Monday.
