On Jan. 1, 2010 I weighed 310lbs. and now I have become a Running Ethusiasts! Goal was to run under 2 hrs for a 1/2 marathon (Check) & Run a Marathon! (Check)

    29:50 for a full 3.1 miles without stopping. No issues with asthma, and fastest run for 2015 for me. Got to logged some miles and get back in running shape now. :)
