    Ran with Jeremy. Great run and pleased with the pace. Splits where 9:10, 9:11, 9:01, 8:58, and 9:09.

    I decided to ride my bike to Admiral Stadium instead of driving and ran the EG Plummer 5K (3.06 miles) course. After finishing rode back home. Overall a great workout for a Monday.

    First run by myself in some time. Took it a little easier as I wanted to get more miles in while its cool. Pretty much ran a 9:30 pace the entire run only stopping for lights and water once. :)

    For the first time this summer the bugs where everywhere!!!! Calves got tight half way in. Felt like a cramp was going to hit at any second, but stayed away. Splits 9:03, 8:59, 9:25, and 9:04.
