    Went really good. Wanted to break 30 and did with ease. Really took it a little to easy at first but wasn't for sure how I would feel towards the end. Fastest mile was my last.

    29:50 for a full 3.1 miles without stopping. No issues with asthma, and fastest run for 2015 for me. Got to logged some miles and get back in running shape now. :)
