    First run in some time by myself. Felt good and just wanted to log some miles not worry about the time. I've started my Disney Marathon training this week.

    PR for this year! 2nd. in my age group. Happy with the splits as I didn't fade as much as the previous 5K's. Splits where 8:12, 8:23, & 8:33.

    49:39 and Ranked as the hardest of all 36 legs. I know why!! Had to run up Mt. Rushmore. Overall pace was way better than I thought when I took off.
