Hit all the trails around the Nature Center. Bridle path is completely covered with leaves so had to really pay attention. Just got in a pace today and went with it. Felt pretty easy for the most part. A little windy out but since it was just a wandering around run today it was no issues.


That's just a good solid run, David. Hope the hip flexor is cooperating.

@Mike The hip flexor felt good on Monday and Tuesday and was sore yesterday and today. Takes about a mile before it starts feeling ok. After the run and for the remainder of the day it fells fine. In the morning it is cranky. I am stretching and rolling which is helping. I have tomorrow off so hoping to see improvement.

Solid 10 and a good week, way to keep things rolling. Hope the hip loosens back up for you. I can recommend a good sports massage therapist in Northfield if you are interested.
