Had a hard time getting into a groove this morning. My feet were sore and my legs and hips were tight for the first few miles. Started feeling good around the halfway mark. I did start to bonk at the end. I am dieting to get my weight back down to 160 and I felt the lack of calories this morning. Since I rarely bring liquid or fuel with me I just have to fight through it. Running a hard 14 yesterday didn't help either. Overall I am pleased as my mileage is back up and I have to ability to run strong miles as well.

Great stuff David... know what you mean, really hard to balance weight los and high mileage!!! Solid run though and GREAT week, looking good!

Tough to diet and ramp mileage at the same time, and the back-to-back 90-minute plus runs are definitely where you'll feel the low glycogen stores the most. Still a great run, glad to see things coming back for you.
